The equipment is of great importance and just like in training performance, chances are that the same equipment is used time after time. Maybe you should try a new pair of slider shoes, new fin to your surfboard, new climbing harness, new hiking boots, tighten the laces tighter, move the mast foot, adjust the bicycle saddle, etc. Know your sports equipment.
