Many fitness humans do it because they think it is fun and feel good doing it. After a while, training will be more focused for some. A specific targets to be achieved within a certain time is up. It can be anything from running a certain distance in a certain time, to carry out an extreme race,  trick with windsurfing board, or perform a trick with the kite.



Whatever the case is, it is the sad truth is that very few achieve their goal. This may be due to several things such as injuries in sports exercise, lack of inspiration, for poor physique, mental attitude.




1. How can you achieve your goals faster?

To begin, ask yourself have I done everything I can do to achieve my goal? We are all more or less the pattern of people and lives thereafter, review your pattern - food intake, exercise, sleep, what you are good at and what you are less good at. Are you training 2 hours every day and has made it the last year, why not train 2, 5 hours per day instead? Many people forget to look at the recovery process. The process that builds your physical and mental strength - to train 7 days / week is not to advocate whether for general health effects or to achieve fitness goals.

There are examples of several training people living their lives in a mantra. They drive on in thier usual patterns and behavior without looking back, distance and light / longer continuous sleep objectively in order to achieve physical goals. Variation in dietary intake and exercise performance is something that many people forget why also exercise risks becoming conservative and monotonous - a concept that does not take you to your goal. 
* To carry out the same actions over and over again and expecting a different result is nonsense - "a quote from Einstein."

3. Be open to new ideas and approaches

Do not do only what feels good and you've always done, ask your friends for criticism during your workout performance. Get neutral perspective on your training, assessment not only yourself because then the risk is that there will be some kind of comfort assessment. Try to perform your training with small marginal adjustments, try to find trends in your adjustments - What goes better what is worse?

4. Meridan value and evaluation of your training

It takes time to be good. To be fair and to evaluate correctly, you should therefore not evaluate your results too early. A good meridan value is not done fast. Obviously, this can vary from sport to sport and, depending on the person's genetic predisposition, etc.

5. Idols

Do you have any role model in the sport that you practice? Analyze your model try finding ideas and do not be afraid to ask. Knowledge is success also in physical performance in sports running, kayaking, diving, surfing, rock climbing and hiking.

6. Adjust your equipment

The equipment is of great importance and just like in training performance, chances are that the same equipment is used time after time. Maybe you should try a new pair of slider shoes, new fin to your surfboard, new climbing harness, new hiking boots, tighten the laces tighter, move the mast foot, adjust the bicycle saddle, etc. Know your sports equipment.

7. Daily fitness


Your emotional state during exercise performance is influenced by how you have slept, what you have eaten, your mental strength - factors that affect you mentally negative and positive. Should you maximum performance in a workout so be sure that the above parameters are met. If something makes you perform worse then remove it, be honest.
